I love this bank they have always been good to me...and their pretty quick... and once they see you a few times..they start to know who you are.... and that's always a good thing...😄😄😄

Have had an issue that should have been resolved months ago. SEFCU has been zero help. Had to call a half dozen times, all for nothing. Avoid this bank at all costs.

My debit card was stolen on 12/23/20. I immediately called and cancelled and ordered a new one, and paid an additional $36 to have it rushed which was supposed to take 2-3 business days. It is now January 5th, 2021 and I am STILL WAITING FOR THE CARD. I am in quarantine. I cannot do anything online. I cannot order groceries. And the customer service regarding this event has been putrid. Thinking of switching banks just due to this and I have been with them forever.
