This place is horrendous at best. I don't think any family should be forced to call police for a welfare check on their ailing family. I have filed with the NYSDOH. There's way more but save your family from this hole.

They do not answer the call lights in a timely manner (15 minutes plus). They have not answered the phone for professional businesses or for family frantically calling. The dialysis center called family in a panic because they could not reach anyone. They do not answer complaint emails. They do not come to the room when family requests a nurse. They do not answer cries for help when no call light is left in reach. Police were called to respond last night. This is a nightmare. A horrible nightmare.

With loved ones and their family, the center is clean and the staff is helpful. The therapy and activities are excellent. The team is particularly sensitive to the demands of the patients.

This is a wonderful environment for your loved one; the staff is really kind, and the administration maintains an open door policy in the event that a family member has any problems, troubles, or simply wants to say hello. This treatment center comes highly recommended from me.
