stopped by Goodwill but didnt find what I was looking for and whoever decided to rearrange the store needs their head examined ... it was great the way it used to be ... the organization is terrible now 😢

This particular Roses department store is a complete mess. The manager seems to have an issue with people of color. Always needs to be in need of a complete over haul inside the store. Reminds me of a thrift store. Isle are not wide enough. Don't know how they get passing grades on inspections. Too many items for such a small store. No public restrooms but any you to spend your money here. Really? This has to be the worst Roses I've ever been in. Employees check your attitudes at the door before your shift begins. Thank you to all Ashland store employees, I'll never leave my store for these backwards folks. Inventory and store size do not match at all. Store could do a lot better with new employees and removing some of the inventory from the floor.

I love that Goodwill every time you go in there they always have something new and their prices are pretty reasonable and they're so friendly and nice and recommend anybody to go there

The 3 stars is because of the Laundromat. While my clothing was drying, we went over to dollar general to grab some things. I came back to my clothing damp and pulled out into baskets. There were still 5-6 open dryers. Found out it was the owner that did it. With everything going on, you shouldn't touch other people's clothing, and especially not pull out while damp. If I was reviewing just their store alone, it would be 2 stars. Goodwill was nice, but some of the stuff was over priced for a donation center. Like $50 for a food steamer. Everywhere else we went is the only reason the stars aren't less.
