The food is good and so are the drinks. But it does get annoying that I have to go back through or in the store, because they forget to put a burger or another food item in the bag. Another thing, it's a little bit annoying at times, that I have to remind them to give back my card to me through the drive thru.

Like everywhere, the place was understaffed and the line was long, and moved very slowly. But even before Covid, this Burger King had terrible service. I love BK, just not this location.

Went thru drive thru tonight 1/2/22 told them fresh fries didn't give me fresh fries with no salt and gave me raw burgers had to be parked waited a long time for nasty food. Tried to call no one would answer.... don't deserve the one star I gave them.

A sign indicates the lobby is open from 630 am until 9 pm. False. The help does not wear mask? Just a place where motivation is at its all time low. I will not be purchasing food from this location until they clean up their act.
