Rooms were clean, staff exceptionally helpful, and the breakfast was more than pleasant. Would stay again if I'm ever in the area, great experience overall!

I had the worst stay with Comfort suites and Choice hotels. I typically never have to write reviews because they are what you pay for, but this was all price with the most incompetent front desk personnel person and a hotel that is clearly falling apart. The blinds would not close in the room with bright lights shining in. A "pet friendly" advertisement that is clearly a lie by billing extra fees because its a dog that was never mentioned ever until after check in. The pool and hot tub was closed. The door keys never worked and the elevator that seemed it took forever to open up and had terrible sounds that made it seemed safer to take the stairs than use it. The manager was of course absent since the hotel was not working order and she probably knew better than to hear complaints. I will never stay here again and will have my credit card argue this as well for a refund to my account.

Lovely hotel, the general manager checked me in for my stay and she was amazing, she called to make sure I had everything I needed in my rooms and even recommended some near by places! The rooms were lovely the environment was amazing! Will be back again!

Great location for those visiting Orange or Gordonsville. Pet friendly. Room had 2 queen beds, a small table and chairs, a sofa and comfortable chair for relaxing. The pool and hot tub were unavailable this time. That's one of our primary reasons for staying at this location. That was a disappointment.
