Absolutely the worst property management experience I have had, I do not appreciate being straight lied to about issues. I wouldn't rent a dog house from them. Couldn't keep the yard trimmed or the trash to the street. THEY SUCK.

5566 Palmetto, stayed last week of March 2022 Property looked amazing online, but....when we arrived the house was not as nice as anticipated. Needs a lot of updating. Pool was not clean. Screened in porch door did not work. None of the 3 TVs worked - during March Madness. All 4 trash cans provided were full of garbage from the previous renter. No one removed it and although we checked in on Saturday, the garbage wasn't picked up until Thursday. When an individual with the company arrived Sunday to try and fix the TVs he had no idea what the problem was. He told us he would get it fixed...never saw him after Tuesday. The pool individual that came from the company even mentioned that the pool should not have looked the way it did. He apologized and said these are things you shouldn't be dealing with on vacation. He suggested we go to the main office. Our first trip on Tuesday to the main office was a fail. They said they would "follow up". That never happened. We went on Friday, the day before we checked out and the office manager of the company was in. He said "We did everything on our end we said we would. We followed up and we fixed your TVs." We had 3 channels the whole time we were there. And he believed that was fair. Overall, a very bad experience from this company. We will not be using them again. We loved the location and were able to find some other rental companies that we will use in the future.

The property that we stayed at was absolutely stunning! The condo was clean and very welcoming. We will be staying here again in the future!

Stayed at 18388 Cutlass Drive was an incredible home for a dream vacation! Distinctive Beach Rentals handle all the details and you get to enjoy your wonderful vacation. The home is close to all of the wonderful things to do within 1 mile of this home. We watched the dolphins swim in the canal beside the pool while we swam. I called Distinctive Beach Rental and they came right away to address my questions and made sure we had everything that we needed!! You can count on Distinctive Beach Rentals to ensure your vacation is idealic!!!
