The house was exactly like it was depicted in the pictures, nice and clean! However we had few issues in the beginning. The sliding door from the dining room to the screened porch wouldn’t slide easily and we couldn’t lock it. The ceiling fan light in master bedroom needed to be replaced, I called the office and they responded very quickly, maintenance person came in right away to help. Unfortunately all parts had to be ordered and they didn’t get fixed for duration of our trip. When we arrived the grass was unkept and long, the person came 4 days later to mow, however during that time our dogs had already stepped on a bunch of burrs and no longer wish to use the backyard for remainder of our trip. The showers were nice, however if two showers being used at the same time the water pressure was absolutely horrible. And the porch definitely need a ceiling fan! Besides all of that the house is very clean and very comfortable for the entirety of our trip and the beach was about a five minute walk from the house. It felt like a home away from home for sure

Our experience with TriPower was great— good communication and seamless contact less check in. We stayed at Cane Palm 404– the condo building itself was great. Clean, friendly people, and great location close to everything! The unit itself could use some major TLC. The carpet is just gross, with crunchy spots as you walk on it. The furniture is old and stained. One of the twin beds actually fell apart when my daughter layed on it. We had to screw it back together. The master bathroom needs a major update— but also just simple things like a fresh rug, shower curtain( it was moldy!), and the vent fan had so much dust on it that it made a loud noise when on. This is not a unit that you want to walk into, kick your shoes off, and relax. The kitchen utensils and appliances are very old and need to be replaced. On a positive note, the views were great, and it was nice having access to beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers. This is not a unit I would rent again.

Super cute bungalow with great accommodations for our party of 4. House was clean and fresh smelling upon our arrival. We enjoyed the tranquil back deck and gas grill. You can't beat the location at less than 5 min walk to the beach. We used the beach chairs and cart to haul our stuff. Times Square and many restaurants within walking distance. The free trolley is super handy. I would 100% recommend this home. The price is very reasonable and they thought of everything: Beach Towels, Beach Cart, Beach Chairs, Comfy beds, Washer/Dryer, Coffee maker....

What a wonderful week we had with friends and family in this luxury rental! The beachfront location and view are unparalleled, especially from the 3rd floor balcony. Everything was as the pictures showed, basic supplies were provided to start, kitchen was well stocked, and everything was top notch! The pool was perfect for our group and the temp was great for swimming even though the temperature was colder outside for the first part of the week. We could ride the provided bikes to stores and restaurants along Estero Blvd to avoid the lines of cars that occur at some times during the day. We are definitely returning next year to enjoy this again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!!
