1. The lady has no patience in cutting kids hair, when he moves or not do as expected, she use to go back 3 steps. 2. Did not understand the instruction for the expected style and did what she could do. 3. Back trim is not blended properly and same with sides too. 4. Left with the wet hair so that we see the final length and cut at home, looked like she just wanted to get away with the cut. I will NOT recommend this place for atleast kids haircut.

Was helping my 90 year old mom to sit in Sandy's chair while she just stood there watching instead of helping. I put my mom's cane by her stand & she immediately said "you can't keep that there". I wasn't even finished positioning my mom. Sandy was very rude. Then I got my hair cut from a young latino lady & I wasn't pleased at all. Not what I wanted.

So dissappointed! I’ve been going to this barber shop for a little while now. I check in online and get there at 6:28pm. I’m the only one there and the female stylist calls back to see if “Lonnie” in the back wants to cut my hair. I told her I’d rather her cut it. She walks me to the chair, and asks me what I wanted. While I’m sitting another guy walks in and they tell each other to hurry up and lock the door, so that they cannot take anymore customers. So I told her just to trim the hair/clean it up, and then a beard trim. Her response “I can only cut the hair. There’s not enough time to do the beard.” My haircut is not time consuming whatsoever or difficult, so I asked her if she was kidding. She said “No. there’s not enough time because ‘they’ want us out of here at a certain time.” (I’m assuming “they” being the manager or owner). I couldn’t believe it. First off, it wouldn’t take that long to do both. I’ve gotten them both done plenty of times and always under 25 min. She could’ve cut my hair well before they closed at 7pm. But even if she couldn’t, is it really their business model to not provide a service if it means they have to stay 3, maybe 5 minutes later? Why don’t they just change their closing time to 6:30, and stay to 7 if they need to finish a customer up. I couldn’t believe it. I ended up getting out of the chair and walking out in disbelief. I’ve never seen that woman there before. Maybe she’s new, maybe she could care less about customer service, or maybe she is telling the truth and it’s the management or Owner that will not let her stay 5 minutes past closing???? Who knows. Mind blown!! It’s 6:51 pm, the doors are locked and the lights are off, yet they close at “7”.

Went today with my 6 and 13 yrs old. I have never like or had any good expewith this place. The employee told me today in front of my 6yrs old that I don't do that kind of hair cut. I only do my own way. I almost lost it, but kept my cool and said sure whichever would be best. Then afterward the cut was so uneven and hand my daughter was so unhappy she cried. It was a young lady with long light brown hair, she wears a mack, she seemed mixed assign and white. This place is horrible. I would give this place a negative zero if I could. That's good they make that decision to make those barely minimum wage income🤣🤣🤣. For such a crapy service and with poor attitudes.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
