Beware the 9pm light ordinances. Beach is nice, chairs and Loungers available for use, but only on the grassy area, not the beach. Close to several amazing restaurants. But just far enough away that you don't spend ten minutes just getting out of the lot.

The location is perfect and the view is gorgeous. The rooms are a little out dated, but still nice.

I was looking for a place in F.M.on the beach. As soon as I got out of the car I was harassed by someone about not supposed to be there. I told him as much but he was rude to me and told me I better check in or get out. Wouldn't identify himself. They did not get my 2k for a week. Thank you. Come again. That's in the off-season.

This was a great condo to stay in. There are alot of things to do for families. The pool is very nice. The beach access is very close & the showers off the beach were helpful too. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. Condo was very clean & quiet the whole trip. Only suggestion I could give would be a larger kitchen trash can in unit 4a4. Other than that,, the u it was full of everything we needed. We will be back for sure.
