In some ways good (most phone communication was clear and timely) but I think it is way easier to bring a human to the ER than an animal to this vet. It is locked down way beyond any other business I've interacted with. Is it because of covid? Even the airlines have ended the mask mandate, yet this vet requires them and won't let you inside. You can't go inside and see how your pet is doing. You are forced to turn them over outside and they are brought back out to you...I'm not sure I trust a vet service that is on higher security than a hospital for people.

My dog absolutely LOVES this vet. They're pricier than some others, but you get what you pay for. Their customer service is fantastic: we always get a call back the day after any visit to make sure our doggo is okay, and the techs are all extremely nice.

They have been great to me and my family! I have used a few different locations now and all have had caring staff. I have loved being at the Bristow location now for almost a year. I have been able to get appointments pretty quickly, if needed talk to a vet via phone to see if I needed an emergency visit or could wait til next day, had calls/emails checking to make sure my dog was doing better after she was sick and the day after she got her shots to make sure there wasn't a reaction. They always answer any questions I have had and willing to provide printouts with info so I can make the best decision without being pressured at the office.
