They have just started allowing in person visits. When you make your appointment just let them know you would like an in-person appointment.
As of July 1st they started letting owners in the exam rooms for most visits. They still don't have anyone waiting in the lobby and do all check-ins over the phone, have you come to the door then right into your exam room. It was nice to finally meet one of the drs that had been treating my dog since I adopted her late last year! They have been great the whole time!
