Maurice’s did an awesome job for me on a difficult repair. I had to have the sunroof on my 7 year old Acura replaced. Maurice’s got the repair done exactly on time and for the amount of the estimate. The sunroof now works great and they even tinted the glass without charging me more. What an great surprise. The customer service at Maurice’s is great and everyone is very nice. Great service. Great results.

From out of town, stop at lake land gas station for gas then our car was unable to start. Called and got superb assistance. Got our car towed to the shop quickly, diagnosed and fixed. Great customer services from dispatcher, front desk and service team members. Maureen greets us when we first got to the shop and shows us our towing status. Xavier offers us and our DOG cold water! That’s super nice after being outside in the HOT HOT HOT FL weather. They also allow our fur baby to be inside with AC. He also keeps us updated of the process. James is super helpful! He gives us some discount for towing fee . Especially, when James hears about our situation of being out of town and having difficulty renting a car since nearby rental car places are closed early on Saturday. James and his service team are SO NICE to have my car fixed before closing even with their long list packed! Thank you Maurice’s team for providing such a pleasant experience and saves our mother day weekend!

I loved really the service they did on my truck and how quick it was ready, in three days to be exact! Mr. James made me a promise and he kept it and made it happen.
