Yes they allowed me to make an appointment they said it would be about an hour but they had me in and out with in 30 mins. Very fast wouldn't say completely friendly but again we are all entitled to some bad days. They text you when you car is fixing to go in and they text you as soon as they are done. I got all four tires done so 30 mins was awesome.
