I lived here back in 2016 I didn't have any problems at all, There was probably 2 incidences where a cockroach was seen in my apt, but other than that everything was A ok. Washer and dyer was in my unit. It was very peaceful. Not to mention your surrounded by a lot of places to eat, shop and workout at. But most of all I enjoyed playing with the alligator in the pond lol, that was fun, I would tease it then ran away from it as it would sometimes come out of the water and chase me. It was a baby gator tho.

This is a beautiful community, friendly, safe, perfect location and the best staff ever. Every time I have questions or concerns I call Leasing Agent Yaneisy and she is always in good mood, happy to help me the best she can and so are all the the other members of the team. I have the best opinion based on personal experience, about the maintenance guys, every job performed in my unit has been remarkable. The property Manager, Tom is always on top of all the important details to keep the Community at it's highest standards. His hard work is visible to everyone who lives in this Property. Thank you all

I am a former employee at Bernwood trace apartments and I have to say the management and team they have there are top notch Tom and Sharon go the extra mile to make sure each resident is taking care of as well as the girls in the front.the maintenance staff is hard working and on point Polo really works hard and put his 100 percent in when it comes to work. And in also Saki she is the most hard working housekeeper I ever seen , I worked here for 7 months and I gotta say they are the best of the best and they do exceed expectations in everything they do I will miss the team and the wonderful residents that reside and Bernwood Trace Apartments

My brother has lived here for 6 years. I have been here for a year and renewing my lease. This is such a great community and super friendly staff. I love Irma she’s the best and has a great sense of humor, I stroll in every now and then and mess around with the leasing agents, they’re like family. I have a 2/2 and it’s super quiet community nothing ever goes on at night, the leasing office has little parties now and then during the holidays and invite the residents and have drinks and food for all the residents to socialize. Also they just added new equipment to the gym HUGE PLUS PLUS.
