GREAT they fixed my F up that the Verizon in Lusby told me I had to call Samsung to fix an all I needed was for them to do was a factory reset an that's what BRIAN did in less that 5 min so I will NO LONGER BE USING THEM & NOW THEY CHARGE TO TRANSFER INFO.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. Over 25 minutes of waiting and still was not seen, 3 employees assisting people. One sitting there doing absolutely nothing. One unhappy customer along with two other unhappy customers who waited just as long.Hi Janelle, we're sorry that you had to wait so long to get help. We want to make sure our customers feel accommodated and supported at our store and it sounds like we fell short this time. Stand outside, 1 person per account allowed in, separate counters with shields, plenty of sanitizer. Masks required for customer and Verizon employees.
It will depend on your phone and the type of protector you want. You might want to check online or call the store directly to get specific information relevant to your phone.
You can and you should. Making an appointment allows you to walk right in and get help immediately. If you just walk in, you are guaranteed a wait.
I feel the best thing to do is contact the store make apt to go in and talk to someone if you make apt you will not be there as long
