I rented this spot for a party and I paid $800 and was told after the party I would get back my $200. So I get there the day of the party had to clean everything because it was not presentable at all. We have our party and before 12 am we are done. I started calling Justin at around 10:30pm to come so we can give him the key. No answer. We cleaned the entire place, we left it cleaner than how we received it. I called him again and no answer. So I close the place and go home with the key. He calls me at around 1:30am to tell me to go drop off the key. So we head over there and give him the key. He was high and drunk. He couldn't talk properly. I finally wait for my deposit and I received a check for $150. I contacted them and Justin told me the reason is because the place wasn't clean enough and we damaged the floor. Which was a lie. We took pics before and after and I said I would take him to court and he said it doesn't matter if I have pics, they mean nothing. They won't hold up in court. I didn't get back my full deposit. That is a place not worth renting. The price & hours are perfect but sadly they are thieves. I don't recommend to anyone unless you wanna deal with scammers like him.

I just had my Baby Shower and I will like to say thank you to Justin for working with my scheduled and leaving the place ready for the party. I had a great experience and my deposit will be returned at 100%. I will highly recommend this venue.

They honestly don't even deserve a star because their lack of communication, BUT they're quick to charge! I have text messages as proof that the person Justin who helped me doesn't care a bit but his money. I had a baby shower in June and I took a good look of everything before setting my things. When I got there on the day of my event,There was a bag of trash by the front door, an empty pack of Newport right by the bushes near the front door and lots of cigarette buds so I managed to pick it up and trash anything I found to make the event look presentable. After the event Which at the time I was 9mo pregnant cleaned, stack chairs/tables, and mopped with my own cleaning products that I brought. That night I had to cut my party short due to the cleaning since I had to make sure it was clean and out the premises before 2am. I finished the event at 11:45 and finished cleaning at 1:00am. I called Justin 24 times. Yes 24 and left him messages. I even called another number under the place and no answer. I get a call almost a quarter to 2am of a very nice lady who said she will take care of picking up the keys since Justin is on vacation. I even told her he never ever told me he was out on vacation. He clearly told me to call him when I was done. The lady resumed by saying im going to check inside. We walked around and she comment saying "wow everything looks nice, no one does the extra to leave it spotless" she even added that there was going to be an event the next day so there is no need for her to come and retouch or clean and then ended by telling me Justin will get back to me in 2 wks to refund my deposit. 2wks past and I got a check back of $230 which I gave him $250 cash. I got in touch with him via text and asked why I didn't get my full 250, he said there was supposedly broken glass in the parking lot (his exact words). I told him impossible, i made sure not to leave the garbage bags outside which the dumpster were a block away and the parking space only fits 8cars including disabled. I made sure not even a balloon string was hanging by the bushes or on the floor. So when I told him that's not true he replied, "Sorry I am not responsible for the weather if it blew it."(his exact words). Please do not I repeat do not make business with them. I was told by several of my coworkers that it's the cheapest place to rent and includes all the chairs, tables, etc but the person who handles the place will find anything to charge you or keep your deposit. All I can say is I hope those $20 were worth it.

My wife and I had a wonderful time eating, drinking, and dancing the night away at the Kissimmee Lions Club. The manager was extremely nice. We had a live DJ and a fully equipped kitchen and about 120 guests show up. They did charge a $100 cleaning fee, however at 2 o'clock in the morning my family and friends had an awesome rememberable experience dancing, eating and drinking plus who feels like cleaning that late anyway. I would definitely recommend this place. My niece also had a baby shower there that was pretty good as well.
