I purchased my bike from this location and without using it for 100 miles, it completely died on me. Every agent I spoke to at Harley wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to fix and repair a bike I barely used; Maybe 2 months since purchase. My frustration grew to a point that I wanted to just trash the bike. Then, I received a phone call from Service Manager Reece Marshall. He was a life savor! He understood my frustration and did everything possible so that I ended not having to pay anything out of pocket for a bike repairs. I thought the bike had no hope until Reece Marshall made it happen. He alone restored my trust in Harley. I am beyond grateful for his help. I'm sure anyone that has had to work with Reece have nothing but positive things to say. Thank You Reece Marshall, my Harley is running great!

My review may change depending on how the outcome of the service department, but right now I'm highly disappointed.. I never thought a Harley dealership would treat a Harley owner like this... UPDATE - the service depart have seemed to do a great job and fixed my bike. I will also give 5 stars to Gage in Parts, for a younger guy he knows his stuff
