I’ve been a member for over a year at this location. They charge me 59.95 for my membership, and I just notice they charge 69.95 for the month of July, without letting me know first before taking the money out of my account. I called this morning to speak to them about the fact that they took the money out of my account without my acknowledgment, the manager was rude towards me. I proceed, to let her know that I wanted to cancel my membership and she asked for another payment before canceling, which I then responded with the fact that that was not happening. Which she then proceeds to hang up on me. Please don’t go to this location.

I've been coming to H&S for awhile and generally have good interactions with this location. However, the manager at this location needs a SERIOUS training in customer service. I asked to have my account canceled as I needed to take a break the last time I visited. When I asked the woman at the desk (the same day) if it was better to cancel or freeze, she said freeze. I had already submitted paperwork but she said it was no problem since it was still in the same day. Today I got charged and called in to get it fixed. The manager no less than 7 times repeated the same spiel that it was my fault and I signed the documents. She has the nerve to continue to claiming that she is just "trying to help" while berating me for her employees mistakes. Watch out for her and, if you can, find a different location as I will be for future visits. To the manager, if you can't handle owning up to your employees mistakes and not blaming the people who pay YOUR check, then it's time to find a new job. Having a bad day or not, your actions are deplorable and reprehensible. Do better because this WASN'T it. Owners, train your people better because after reading the reviews, it seems I'm not the only one with issues regarding staff.

My first time @ Hand and Massage was a wonderful experience. Massage was relaxing and staff very friendly! I also had a micro/facial and it left my skin radiant and refreshed. Definitely will be back soon for more services. Well done 10 stars !

I have been a member for years, I have always been highly satisfied with my services and would definitely continue to service this location. I have recently been notified that the service that I have received for all these years for 80 minute massage is not going to be offered any longer. I have no choice but to accept the hour massage. I feel that any business that offers a particular service when you originally enroll should have to honor those services, my massage therapist has no issue in providing me the 80 minute and I pay extra for those services. This is a very bad business decision, I will now be faced with having to find a new massage therapist office that honors the services that were offered, versus one that seems to make new rules with no concern of the clients.
