Used to be a nice thrift store. Ive prob spent over $1500 here in the last year. However recently they seem to HOLD items for store employees. Items on the sales floor out for sale. I pick items up and next thing I know lady comes from back room tells the mgr I guess she had them "saved" fir herself. But no markings what so ever to hold or sold. I was made to empty my cart and he then tells another worker to put them by his desk. Total nonsense. I will never visit this location again. I miss the old store that was here. They truely we're about the customer and about serving the public and helping. These new owners hide under the cover of Christianity however they care about one thing themselves and money..i will also be reporting this "church ministry" for tax avoidance. Even though you are non profit you must still tax every sale INCLUDING CASH SALES. They are hiding cash transactions from the county and state! I have cash receipts to prove the fraud

This place will take anything for free and resell at ridiculous prices I.e. furniture. The really only good deal are clothes. For an out reach that helps the community they sure do price the items as if they are for profit. At least the store in Kissimmee. I've been to the others and they are very fair and friendly. Kissimmee used to be a great store. I cannot remember the name of the guy who ran the place Grason I think would do anything for ANYONE. Now ask for even a dollar off an item and they make you feel like it's gold and a barter. These items are free to them. So 200 or 300 for furniture at a thrift shop is outrageous
They do have from time to time. As they are thrift you have to go and look good luck.
