got 2 of the big breakfast with hot cakes when we opened there was 1set of plasticware 1 syrup 1 jelly n 3 small butter containers.....hhmmm dont know how that is supposed to work considering a big breakfast with hotcakes is eggs, 3 hotcakes, a sausage patty, and a biscut.....either someone cant do math or they are taking cheap to a new level......smh

🤢🤮GO ELSEWHERE!!! Although I eventually got what I ordered, it took over 6 discussions to get what I ordered and everything was disgustingly cold. This was the absolute worst service ever experienced at a McDonald's! PLEASE! I REPEAT! Go somewhere else. I used the drive-through as my family and I were running behind schedule. We avoided going to other establishments thinking the usual McDonald's Drive through would be quick and efficient. It was 2:00 pm on a Sunday so it wasn't the lunch rush. Upon ordering at the drive through screen, the employee didn't seem to be paying attention. When I saw he did not get the order correct, I told him. He told me to pull up to the first window and take care of it there. I pulled up, told the employee at that window all of the things wrong with the order. I gave him my card and he read back the order and still had it wrong. I gave him my order again and had him read it back to me. He returned my card but never handed me a receipt. When I went to the pick up window, they handed me all the things from the original wrong order and claimed no changes were made to my order. Keeping my cool, I firmly explained what happened. A discussion was made between the two people at both windows and they then asked me to go to the 3rd window as they had to get the rest of my order ready. Once I got this food, I still did not get a fruit smoothie I had ordered. I jumped out of the car and had to walk inside. I saw them find the smoothie just sitting there. All this after waiting in a sizeable line for a Sunday at 2. Once again STAY CLEAR, DO NOT STOP HERE!!!

If your passing through keep going. This McDonald is terrible. Constantly forgetting to put things you ordered in the bag. The manager is rude and disrespectful. They literally forgot the chicken in the chicken sandwich. Then blamed me 🤣🤣. Not to Mention they are slow as hell then when you finally get your food it’s cold and old.

If this is the McDonald's I visited, out of town. It was 20 minutes to close, so I understand what happened. They asked if I ordered through the mobile app. I said no, and that was it. No other response. Sounded like they were standing there, really quiet. So I sat there, for 5 minutes, no lie. I was talking nicely tote person about how I'm sorry and I didn't expect to catch ya on a bad time. I dunno I wasn't worried about it, so I had some fun with it. A simple "we're not taking orders, right now" would've worked. I'm used to a 24/7 McD's, I had no intention on screwing up their closing regime. Either way, McNuggets are still the best thing on this planet... It pains me to say, but it's true

That's because they give a huge handful when I ask for a pack or two. They give me ketchup for my ketchup lol.
