That's because they give a huge handful when I ask for a pack or two. They give me ketchup for my ketchup lol.
Maybe they where out of ketchup tonight and didn't refilt it yet
Maybe they keep them under the counter. You can ask them if they have any more ketchup.
They have ALWAYS had ketchup when I was there
