The staff on Saturday were wonderful. Had a little bit of an emergency later in the day and no other offices in the area were open at 3 pm. We didn’t need an emergency vet so I thought I would call Banfield to see if we could walk our dog in with a cut he got since it looked worse than it actually was. The staff let me e-mail a few pictures to them since the vet was in surgery at the time and called me back letting me know how to care for it. We’ll be coming here in the future if we need something our mobile vet can’t handle or is booked up for!

The vet is very patient and thorough. My puppy was not used to being around people and she ended up very calm and peaceful by the end. I bought the monthly plan and am happy to have found a good vet!

They do, but had run out when were there. That was several months ago. You could call and see if they have them in again. Bowmans pet & feed sells them too.
That I'm not sure about. They are friendly and helpful. I would call an see what the options are.
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
You shouldn't even waste time asking. Time is of the essence when it comes to poison.
Banfield is still asking that you wear masks when you come inside. I was there yesterday but I did not actually see any staff in the small rooms with the pets and owners.
Hi Rebecca - The free exam is a general physical examination. It does not include diagnostic tests, medication, treatment or hospitalization.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
