This was the worst Target I've ever been to. First off, they don't provide carts, only baskets. No restrooms available. Guest Services was helpful and there was a young lady who was also helpful, but that thing that stands in the front, i guess she's security, she's rude and I can tell she doesn't like her job. I told her that I was standing in line to pay off my Target Credit Card, she kept telling me that what I had was a gift card. Ma'am, I know what the hell I have. They don't do credit checks for gift cards. I have a 16 digit number along side a 3 digit security code on the back with XYZ credit limit. Anyways, I told her to have a wonderful day as I was leaving, she ignored me. I then told her that I hope she has a better day than me. She needs custimer service training.

The staff should be trained on what the actual policy is according to target and not base actions on what they as a store feel is best. For example the idea that they will not accept electronic returns that has been open is false.. do not allow them to turn you away especially if you have ya your receipt and everything that the item came with this policy is a policy created by the store not by Target therefore it does not have to be followed and can be made void when you ask to speak to management and or you have them call to get it approved specifically asking that that they call and get it approved it does not matter if it is late or almost 8:00 the reason I'm moving my stars from 5:00 to 2:00 is because of the blatant rudeness and disregard for the truth by some of the staff at that Target I'm pretty sure when reading this review the staff will know who they are so I will not name them but I did say that if I found out that what you were saying was incorrect are you relying that would be very disheartening and it was although I'm happy in the end to have corrected and edified the belief and pseudopolicy in place that things can be returned and I'm happy to know that they now know that but still shouldn't lie to people

1st time in this particular area and this Target. TOTAL fish outta water in there & arrived with about 23 minutes "on the clock" before they closed. Super helpful, friendly and patient staff members that were ALL extremely kind! It's like an uber condensed version of your average Target, yet I found the selection of products to be FAR superior to the 2nd ave store and several others that I've recently gobe to. Very clean, well organized & convenient store indeed!

Not a "real" target. It's 2 story but it's a very VERY small store with absolutely NO selection what so ever. Literally only had maybe half a dozen kinds of cereal. No regular milk. No bakery section. No produce to speak of. Not to mention …

Very good Covid safety. They literally sanitize every bag after you use it. There are not too many shoppers at one time. Social distancing is easy. There are sanitizers at the entrance and all employees wear masks.

Unwanted giftcards? No. It's the target mobile phone department that handles that and the u-district store doesnt have one.
