Yesterday was my first day eating from here, but I can tell you what it won't be my last .. Their shrimp fried rice is the best and the customer service is also great. My order was not what I ask for but when I call about it the young man didn't hesitate to check it out and I was able to return today for my replacement order.. Thanks Guys And Happy Father's Day🍽

I have ordered food from this restaurant for close to ten years now, convenient to my neighborhood and quality has always been well enough for take-out. I recently ordered through their delivery app online post surgery when I was unable to cook for myself and was difficult to even get to the door, ensuring the delivery could be dropped at door without needing me hobbling over to meet delivery person. The driver required some sort of confirmation and called but when I called back I was unable to contact the driver. I then called this restaurant which I have been ordering from for ten years. I explained my problem and the fact that I could not contact the driver, the restaurant individual told me I had "wasted their time" even when I stated I was an old, faithful customer and unable to return the call from a delivery driver. When I requested a refund for food never actually delivered, the restaurant individual then stated, "you are not a valued customer". There are MANY very good Chinese food restaurants in this area, I would suggest enjoying food and hard earned money on a restaurant that values your service and actually cares about their customers, that would NOT be China Gate in Longwood, FL.

No flavor to their food.plain The chicken is just dough with lots of rice, cheap.

Nice and attentive staff over the phone. Came as a tradition for Christmas (my family orders take out), and the food was fresh. Only thing that tasted weird/flavorless were the chicken wings and fried rice. Everything else was flavorful and delicious.
