It’s a pretty New England waterfront . Parking is bit pricey on Memorial Day weekend. I love the collection of colorful boats there.

I absolutely LOVED this place!! Such parking was 40$, but it was seriously worth it, I was able to add to my seashell jar and overall found very unique shells! There were just a few plants near the ocean but if you avoid those the ocean is completely clean! Although,, the swim area is too close to the shore, at least make it a bit farther.

Had to pay $40 for parking. Plus the beach was so dirty. Plastic bottles all over the sand. Cans, paper bags, chip bags everywhere. Went in real quick into the water and saw pieces of plastic floating around. It was so sad. I don't recommend this beach at all. Been to so many beaches and I've never seen anything like this. Do yourself a favor and go to another beach.

You will walk about 1/4-1/2 mile from available parking.
Yes there is
Jennings is the name of a wealthy and influential family from (I believe) the 1600's. A quick google search should tell you more specifics but that should give you a direction to search in. Wealthy Fairfield family..
There are a couple tables, but no more than 5 I would say. And no charcoal grills
Yes you have to have a parking permit or its free if you walk in
Free for Fairfield residents as long as you have the beach sticker that you can get at Fairfield Parks and rec. For non Fairfield residents I believe there is a $50 daily parking.
I was told by the gate guard that no nonresident vehicles were allowed at all, just last week. I parked at Bob's on Post Road and walked in.
Yes, but unless you want to pay an enormous parking fee do what John Dennis says and walk in
Public for Fairfield residents only right now, and you are required to have a beach pass to get in at the moment. No paying at gate.
I am not sure but I would say at dusk
Dont know,call PD,regular number.
Yes, I'm fairly sure you need to ask at town hall
Yes there is a fee pay when u come in if u are in out of towner.
Jennings doesn't allow dogs after April 1st if I remember correctly
Not sure, i brought cash
Real food like burgers and dog and sandwiches
There are picnic benches as well as grills for charcoal barbecuing. The tables at the end of the row offer more privacy but the tables near the center are nice and close to the entrance and bathrooms so you dont have to walk as far. At the risk of sounding like an overly concerned mother "Just remember kids, when you go, carry out what you bring in!" Enjoy!
In the winter months pets are allowed. They are not allowed during swim season at any time.
Prob a horse shoe crab
A great beach, great concession, good food, clean beach
a daily parking fee of $20.00 on Weekdays and $50.00 on Weekends & Holidays at the gate.
Sandy beach. Be sure to ckean up after your dog. The garbage cans are at the beginning of the paths that cross the dunes to the parking lot
You only pay for parking & concessions (if you choose) $50 weekend and holidays & $20 week days In season only - free off season
The circle inn is the closest to Jennings kind of pricey
