Signed in and waited over 20 minutes today, They started taking customers that signed in after me (there were only two other customers in the store at that point) I did complain and they acknowledged it and were going to help me, but I felt a-lot of bad Mojo at that point and decided to just leave and quit while I was behind (Even a free upgrade wasn't worth staying there) May be heading back to AT&T

Apparently you can no longer donanything except buy things in these stores. Complete waste of time, and even worse in general Verizon customer service is terrible
