Worst experienced ever, my mom bought 2 twin matress and the manager name Jerry was very rude to her, repeating so many times that he already show the matress to my father and they can not help us taking the matress to the car(we never asked for.help.or anything, he was just mean and rude, no customer service skill at all, I can not believe he is a manager.

Ask them or you can ask the shelter to refer you to their options retail store for a voucher on a bike. Or else try asking st Vincent and they can also possibly give you a viycger to their store for a bike. Hope this helps!
Call vincent de paul and make arrangements with them to pick it up they will probably come from bonita springs cause the one in naples has been damaged. Because of Hurricane irma
