I want to thank the young man named Trent who works at the Circle K on St Rd 64 in Bradenton. He saw my 69 year old sister withdraw $$ out of the ATM & proceeded to go to the Bitcoin machine. His instincts kicked in & took control and stopped the transaction. He even called an Uber for her to get her home and then called me. He is the first person that has intervened. She has been scammed out of $$$$ over the last 2 years. If you could acknowledge this genius and angel for doing the right thing it would be well deserved. Big bonus would be nice. You need to reward honest people who make a difference In people’s lives. Thank you Circle K and Trent! Sincerely.

I went to the circle k in Winter Haven on Cypress Garden Blvd on Saturday July 17th at noon to get gas and cash in some lottery tickets. Well the girl that waited on me cashed in all but one of my tickets and she told me I needed to check that one in back I asked why but she didn’t give me an explanation so she gave my my $24 I won then I bought 30 more and I asked her again to check that ticket but she said I need to wait on the people behind you first I said why I am here first and she ignored me so I walked out and left. I called the store on Monday the 19th and apparently the person that treated me like this is an Assistant Manager. Unbelievable. So the other manager I talked to said she would review the camera so she could have a conversation with her when she comes in today I said ok. Well they didn’t take my name or number to follow up with me or anything. I spend a lot of money there but I will not be back there. There are plenty of other competitors that would love to gain another loyal customer.

Michelle was very rude to me when I was cashing out. Got two packs of cigarettes and she threw them on the table, not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but you don’t treat your customers like that. Loved this location up until today.

Everytime I come there to purchase 12 packs of Cokes, at whatever special they are running that day, they always charge me full price and play dumb!! Today was no exception. I got my two 12 packs at $8.99. It rang up $12.82 full price. I told him it's $8.99, so he rang it up $9.99 plus tax $10.69. I said that's still wrong and he said there's tax. Finally he just charged me $8.99 with NO Tax lol. I won't be going back. If this location goes under, this is the reason Circle K. The gas is always more expensive and the employees are scamming the customers. Like I said before, this happens every single time I come here without fail.
