I was blessed to spend a week here with a few friends in May. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Full of energy and energy. Definitely a win win situation. Thank you for the memories. I highly recommend.

Teddy's K9 Adventures

Completely disappointed in the event scheduler. She really dropped the ball for our event. She did not communicate well and we did not receive what was agreed upon. She was rude and nasty and did not want to assist us when wrapping up our event. She gave us an attitude and dirty looks when asking where we should put our stuff that was to picked up the following day. She didn’t want to help us and said she didn’t have time for us because she was busy setting up for the next event. We were still there and needed assistance with finishing up our event. We ran into other issues of miscommunication on her part. We needed to drop off items the night before and was told we would have a room to place the items. When I arrived to drop off the items there was no room to put the items. The girls boss was unaware of what she promised and told us he was very upset with her lack of communication. The was the most unprofessional and unorganized person we have ever had to deal with when hosting events. She has no business being in this type of position. She came in late and did not answer phone called or emails that were sent to her regarding our event. We would never have an event here again.

Zander Snow

The guard at the 6 mile cypress gate who is an elderly woman was rude and snappy at 9:07 am on February 2nd. Not sure if the cameras were down. But the gate was consistently up and I stopped to ask if we needed to check in to which she was rude about already she seemed like she did not know what she was doing as I had to offer her my license, she did not ask for it. She seemed to have a hard time hearing anything And was rude about not being able to see my license plate when it was right in front of her. it us in no way my fault she cannot see well, I think you should strongly consider having somebody younger at your gates or somebody more knowledgeable in guard duty

There is nothing about Heritage Palms that isn't excellent: golf, tennis, exercise classes, restaurants. The people who live here are the happiest, healthiest group that I have ever experienced!
