My first time coming here I walked in and walked right out...I could of went Swimming for Free... The Young Giggling girls at the front desk that were laughing at something on their phones didn't ask no question about NOTHING I asked where was the pool they said down stairs to the left I was looking for someone so I can pay to swim .... I just wanted a friendly place to swim I have neuropathy and other pain in my joints and muscles in my lower back from a car accident a couple years back ...Maybe I should of asked but it's okay lesson learned.... God Bless.. *Always Remember the People You Hire Represent Your Company*

I have been a member since Oct 2021, my family use their facilities, recently my daughters phone was taken along with 2 other people's phones....I suggest locking up your electronics or belongings if you go there, the front desk personnel had no care at all about how we felt...she sees everyone who comes and goes......

Update: Owner responded and said they are intending on doing repairs and upgrades. That being said… I look forward to it and would happily join their club once the updates are complete. Rock on YMCA! I’d rather give you my membership $$ over any other club. Original post: Took a tour with my family. Catching Covid isn’t the only thing I’d be worried about. Nothing was wiped down. The sinks, ceilings, etc. are falling apart in places. The womens locker room is creepy, falling apart and outdated. Some equipment is in an old racketball court and was held together by tape. The basketball room is an old racketball court. It smelled horrible. Makes the whole downstairs stink. The facility has clearly not been updated or even well maintained since the Dimond Center owned it. We were dead set on joining until we toured it. Staff couldn’t be bothered to show us around. They just told us to go look around. The gym was dead. They weren’t busy, just chatting at the front counter. Zero sales effort or encouragement on their part. All in all, this place is unfortunately a dud.

The YMCA should consider rebranding this location as a haunted house or horror movie set, because those locker rooms were the creepiest place I have ever been. Aesthetics aside, they’re in complete disrepair and beyond filthy. I was actually concerned about asbestos and mold inhalation while in there. At every turn, I half expected to stumble upon a giant rat or perhaps a corpse. The pool is scuzzy, slimy, and full of sediment. I know what a salt water pool is supposed to be like and that was NOT it. The fact that they charge $62 a month is madness. You couldn’t pay me $62 to go back. If you do decide to go, please make sure you get a tetanus shot and consider bringing holy water or something. Good luck.
