My Rough Collie enjoys picking out his favorite treats. Problem is when we get home he hides them. I had an issue with a coupon they had sent me on a post card. I didn’t want to mess with further confusion at the time of the purchase although I did mention it on the survey they sent. The manager on duty went out of her way to rectify the issue so we appreciated that.

Have gotten two Betas from here! They have lived for a year now. They are very active and attentive every time we walk by. The store is an awesome place to buy anything for pets. Very clean and helpful when you ask questions. I definitely give it 5 stars.

I used to love this store - both for supplies and grooming - but I think I’ve had enough at this point. The staff has been rude the last several visits and made me feel as if I was a bother when I needed help. A recent encounter with the grooming facility was the final straw. I actually cried when I left because my dog looked so terrible, and they told me how annoying she was to groom. Champion Pet is just down the street and is a much better and friendlier option. Hopefully they’ll turn things around soon!
