Hello, thank you for your interest in our community! Tapestry on the Hudson is a mixed-income community where we offer affordable homes that are both subsidized (rental assistance is provided and rent is income dependent) and homes that are not subsidized where maximum rents are set by the IRS and other state programs in order to maintain affordability based on the area median income. No. You pay your own utilities but they are extremely affordable. The building is energy efficient. I run the dish washer regularly, the heat or air conditioner as needed & 2 adults use water daily generously. All utilities combined are approximately $50-60/ month, we're not on public assistance of any kind.
