Thought this place was decent until my trailer gets stolen and management Does absolutely nothing to help me. The maintenance is horrible.most the people are nosey and act like there better than you. Overall not a good place.

We recently stayed here for a month with our family. This place is awesome. The staff is great, the park is clean. The pool is very nice and for us where we were at a very conveniently located along with the clean and nice laundry facility. The common area is the best one I have seen at any park we’ve stayed at so far. The space is huge, you can cook, there’s a public computer to use if you need to along with ping-pong table, pool table and other games for kids. We lover so much and we will definitely be back in the future! It is also very conveniently located for activities anywhere in the Tampa area.

This is a lovely park with all the amenities. People are very friendly and feels very safe. I have family that comes and stays here every winter and they live it. I highly recommend!

We stayed for 2 nights and laid $126. I think a month is $700 check the website
The sites are cable hook up ready for long term stays, you would need to call spectrum to have it hooked up.
I own a park model but unsure if any are for rent cause not looking personally but I know my neighbors are snowbirds and sometimes rent their but unsure what site they use to rent it from

Currently, it is $430 per month for a park model as a permanent resident, if you have an RV only 6 month terms are available and starts at $735 a month per 6month lease. We currently have one park model available for sale now.
