These are the laziest delivery drivers I've ever dealt with. I had two packages being delivered today on a Saturday and one was delivered and the other marked as "unable to deliver, no access to the delivery site" how in the world did they not have access when they delivered one package today? The first one was delivered at 11:45am and the second marked as not able to be delivered around 1:30pm and both were put on the truck together this morning. So it looks like they probably left it on the truck and forgot about it or were too lazy to put the package in another delivery box. I live in an apartment and there are plenty of large parcel boxes they both would have fit in. This past year this location has really gotten lazy and I've had to pickup about half my deliveries in person because they refuse to do their job. I miss the delivery driver we had three years ago, now it's some slow and lazy person that takes twice as long completing mail drop off.

This has to be the worst PO in Pinellas County. It is hard to believe it could be any worse. The counter clerks, Mark and Dwight, should not even be allowed to speak to customers. They both have terrible attitudes and are just flat out rude to customers. Dwight was even talking smack about his co-workers in front of customers. They both do the minimum amount of effort necessary to maintain employment (even by the low Post office standards). These 2 clowns are the exact reason that the USPS will be going out of business in the not so distant future. I doubt this review will change anything at this branch, so I'll be shipping exclusively through UPS going forward

So apparently if your mail carrier doesn’t feel like delivering your package they just say that you requested it to be sent back to the post office. Then when you called the automated system it gives you the wrong address and no one can seem to find it. This is absolutely ridiculous.I never requested my package to go back to the post office it should’ve been left on my front door. This is a Mother’s Day gift that I will not have now because the post office is closed until Monday.
