Knowledge, compassion, timliness, just absolutely everything that can be done to give a patient the best care there is. As well as check in and out girls are wonderful too. I am so thankful to have found IMA Lake Wales.

I absolutely adore the staff! They really care about each individual! Dr. Blaise takes his time and really listens… a rare quality for many doctors. His assistant Melly, remembered me from my previous visit. Greeted me with a smile and a great big hug! The staff all work well together and seem to genuinely enjoy working together, even when they are extra busy, they are still a happy group. Love my new doctor. Love the staff HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

I have now been 2 times to the clinic and all the staff is amazing ..my daughter sees Dr Blaise he is awesome ...he actually picked up on a heart rhythm that was not normal and is sending her to see a specialist.. and his assistant Melly Ann is so sweet and amazing ....I will be coming here as long as possible the staff is so friendly and I asked for referrals so my daughter could see a specialist and I had them in hand before we even left the clinic.... I would refer Dr Blaise and his clinic and staff to everyone needing a doctor

IMA has been my provider for years. Office staff is considerate, knowledgeable and Friendly. My Dr is Natasha Fenelon. No one could ask for any Better!!!she is very thorough, no one has ever taken the time with me or cared for me or my chronic conditions as she has! I would highly recommend!!! I don’t feel like a number there I feel like part of the Family!
