Had 2 boxes to return to Amazon the girl at the front her name was LIZZY was no help she told me I had buy tape and tape them so I did after showing her my bar code she then told me she couldn't use my Amazon bar code. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. She shouldn't be working there with this type of attitude.

I was making an Amazon return. I had a QR code, but mistakenly thought I didn’t need to provide the box it arrived in. The cashier scanned my code knowing I didn’t have a box for it. She then told me I would have to buy a box from them for $15. I told her I would just return with the box since I still had it at home, she said “no problem” and told me to hold on to the QR code. I returned two days later with everything I need, but am told the code has already been used. I explained everything about the first visit and they asked me to describe the cashier. Other than that they said it was Amazon’s problem. Frustrated, but not wanting to be a “karen”, i just asked them for help since it was their employee’s fault. They said there was nothing they could do. All of this would have been avoided if she hadn’t scanned my code in the first place. This is something they do daily, I don’t. The whole atmosphere was just negative and I don’t recommend this place if you can avoid it. I usually go to another location (mostly for notary services) and they’re so pleasant. I only went here because I was in the area. Lesson learned. For the record, even the Amazon rep was confused as to how they reported the item as “in transit” since they didn’t even have the product in their hands ever. Update: I’ve seen the reply from the store and it seems like they missed the point. I wasn’t told to get a new code, I was told to hold on to the one I had. In any case, we learn from mistakes and hopefully they will learn from this. I know I have.

Horrible attitudes and poor customer service. The person waiting on me was Cherre. IMO this person should not be handling customers, she has a chip on her shoulders and looking to escalate things. There are other complaints about this employee in the reviews. I would suggest to management that there is a problem with this employee. I will not be going back to your store.

This store has awful reviews, but my experience was good returning an Spectrum receiver. The store looks clean.
