Dr. Osborne is awesome! Masks are optional for patients and they are super fast and easy access! You can reserve a time online and they will text you 20 minutes before. We all know it's not exact, but it's really nice to at least be close! Their staff is very nice, polite, and efficient. This qualifies as a Community Care Urgent Care for VA patient. Just make sure you call the VA first or notify your primary so they can authorize your visit. Thank you all so much!

Terrible. My husband's appointment was at 5:30. He cannot breathe, is wheezing, and possibly has pneumonia. We had to sit in the hot car out front, in the heat, for almost an hour. Let's make someone with breathing issues sit in 100⁰ humid weather. He was wearing a mask and they refused to let us in despite the heat. They don't care about their patients. I asked the receptionist how long it would be and she said, "I don't know". Completely unprofessional. He already works in the heat all day. It's one hour past our appointment. The 4/5 star reviews are a SCAM. Find someone else.

I got there at 9 when they opened, signed in and went to my car. They called me in a few minutes and took my information and let me go in. Very quick and professional, will definitely use them again. Went to Urgent Care on 52 the day prior and was told by a rude young lady that I would be waiting in my car for 2 1/2 hours. So this place is much better than them 👍

The entire staff was very polite & professional. I was seen within a few minutes. They are very caring. I would definitely recommend this office. If I need to, I would not hesitate to go there again.

I dont have insurance, first visit for me was I think $95. They have a board right inside that tells all the prices.
