First time coming to this hospital with covid and right heart failure. I was hospitalized and the patient care that I received was amazing. Nursing staff and doctors are always there when needed and kept me informed of everything. Very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

I don't even know where to begin because I think this was the best service I've ever had in my life. The team of doctors and nurses were beyond awesome, attentive, patient. They were so kind to us. They took such good care of my 4 year old son who was there to remove adenoids. He didn't even know he had a surgery the way they made it so seamless. The team went above and beyond to ensure he was safe, not scared etc. They made us feel so welcomed. Thank you so much to everyone who made this experience a good one. We appreciate you! The Physical Therapy Dept. is the best around. The personal care they provide is outstanding. They offer words of encouragement throughout each session. Linda is one of the best therapists I have ever worked with. I would recommend their program to anyone who needs therapy!

I rarely have to go to the ER for anything but when I have to go, I always choose Bartow Regional. The check in is quick, friendly and efficient. Once in the ER, the staff is kind, compassionate and really listens to what you are telling them. The ER itself is very clean, bright and well maintained. The Radiology staff is so nice and caring and they explain procedures very thoroughly. Back in the room, staff continually check in, telling you what's going on, the approximate wait times for tests to be processed, etc. I never feel forgotten. This is a small hospital with a big heart! Check out is smooth and efficient. All testing results are printed out for your primary care doctor, after care is included and it's all put into a large envelope. Just a great little hospital, I don't have one negative thing to say about the care I've gotten there. I highly recommend.

Bartow Regional accepts many forms of insurance. I will say probably for you, but not sure. Please call the main number and they will happily refer you to the correct department of whom can answer that question very quickly. We are a friendly, professional hospital and want nothing more than to assist you!
