Forged Empire

The discriminatory manager (preppy up tight young gentlemen) at this location denied any service and told me to go back to the original post office of purchase after the teller (older gentleman with a dirty mustache) denied me service because I didn’t purchase at their original location. When in fact any post office can return your money even if not purchased at their location information given by a postmaster where they eventually gave me my refund C A S H in hand after the 30 day expiration of purchase due to your locations Negligence. This place needs new staff and some diversity if you catch my drift it’s 2022 I hope someone in Corporate or higher sees all these bad reviews coming in as of recently.

It's this old Hispanic mail lady who delivers to my area every day with her nasty attitude. I prefer she not deliver my mail period. I've never had any disturbances with any carrier services since Hispanics start coming around high on drugs & bitter abt what supposedly everyone is saying abt whatever & whoever! Who cares, & do ur job & stay out my business. U try calling the branch, the phone services impairs your reasons for calling to not deal with their staff disturbances away from their premises. TODAYS EPISODE OF NUISANCEDMAIL OR DO ANYTHING FOR ME! MAIL CARRIER WHO RESEMBLING A MALE,BUT STATES SHES FEMALE. ID RATHER NOT HAVE THIS CULTURE DELIVER MY

This was the most unhelpful post offices I've ever been in. I understand it's the government so it's not going to be great but wow.

So far it has been about 4 occasions that important mail I’ve waited to receive has been lost in transit or just not delivered. There’s no way to contact anyone. When I made the drive to talk to the ‘manager’ in the office, all that was said was “sorry nothing we can do”. Hospital bills, bank cards, important letters, what do we do about this!!!
