We were there in November seen a very nice model home they are building it now it will be ready in May looking forward to it nice and quiet place

Is this a pet friendly community. What do lot rents go for?

Legacy is very miuch a pet friendly community. We have no restrictions on cats and dogs, other than they must be on a leash when outside of the home. We also have miles of walking trails to enjoy with your pet. Legacy is NOT a mobile home community, so we have no lot rents. All homes and lots are owned fee simple, although some owners do lease their homes.

We are the property managers for a subdivision in Leesburg. We have asked TPG Lighting for a reference and he has referred you. Would you recommend them for holiday lighting? We met with Ben today and he was very polite and helpful.

I just moved to this community on Friday August 19th. So I'm still learning everything about this community. I can tell you is that my neighbor are friendly an the amenities of the community are first rate.
