Although we played the course in the winter and conditions were a bit on the brown side the layout was exceptional and the improvements that they put in the course appear to be money well spent. The staff in the clubhouse was phenomenal. Everybody was very nice and the menu was decent for a Golf Clubhouse. In case you didn't realize it, this is the UVA's golf team home course. Rates are reasonable for what you get the golf carts are all brand new and have some great GPS yardage technology in them. All of the gentleman that played were walking. I would not recommend it, but they made it look easy.

Choose your tees from 3800 to 7100 yards on six tee boxes and find golf at every level. Some holes trick the eye but all are fair and make for a fun round. UVA plays this course so you can test your mettle as a collegiate player. The friendly staff will make you feel at home as you enjoy a challenging round on a well maintained course.

Great course, with amazing scenery. Putting green is at least a quarter acre. The course was very busy and we had to wait a couple of times, but other than that it was magnificent. The greens rolled true and were in excellent condition. A bit pricey, but a great experience overall.
