Just came from the Grand Reopening. I came in and about 4 ppl were working with emps. I wait for 1 hour and watched all 4 get served and 4 others be served. I was repeatedly told only the eye doctor can order my new glasses. But I watched 8 ppl get served and they just kept ignoring me to serve other customers. Worst customer service I've ever had in 50 yrs of buying glasses. When I complained the emps just didn't care and wouldn't even look at me. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Absolutely terrible service. Had bought a non-sunglass Ray-Ban frame for a friend. They ended up not liking it. Had stopped at this Wal-mart vision center to return them since they are much closer to where I live. They refused to let me return the product. They said I would have to go to the other store which is about 75 minutes out of my way round trip. I would never consider purchasing anything at this location.
