I’m extremely happy with the service provided by Dan Brown today. After a couple of weeks of suddenly not receiving text message alerts for system events, and after hours spent on the phone with a half dozen support agents, Dan came out and was able to quickly identify and resolve the problem. In addition, he was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional… and very tolerant of my dozens of questions! Bravo to Dan. I hope if I ever need service again, I’m lucky enough to get him again.

Dan D was stellar! Cameras had gone down with the changes done by Spectrum so needed assistance. Not only did he get everything back up and running but advised us on different features we didn't know about, increased quality of the doorbell camera, and updated the software. If every tech was half as good as he was frustrations would be minimized and life would be much smoother!
