Regular thieves work here it seems. After signing up to informed delivery 2 years ago when anything even remotely resembling a birthday card disappears - we now have the same problem. Regular theft of mail from employees. No updates, No investigations, No prosecution of thieving USPS staff. The USPS is a global embarrassment and a joke. You simply cannot rely on the USPS to deliver mail. Suggest using a reputable courier. The definition of stupidity it seems is to keep throwing tax dollar bail outs to this utterly useless organization and expecting it to change. It needs a complete change of attitude and a change of structure. The public has completely lost faith and trust in this organization. Employing decent staff and not entitled, thieving dross would be a good place to start.

Wish I could rate it 0 stars. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I even gave the place half a dozen chances, hoping that the worker (same employee) was just having a bad day. But wow, nope, terrible, terrible, terrible. I don’t think I’ve ever given someone a one star review so this is saying a lot. USPS, check your staff. They are so rude.

I have yet to have this post office location loose any of the packages I have mailed from here. I also can tell you for a fact that this office is run more efficietly than the Groveland post office. In addiotion, the staff here is nice, but they are usually short handed, hence long lines and frustrated customers when they finally get to the front and interact with the employees. I can not speak to package delivery since this is not my delivery unit. Word of advice: Print your shipping label art home if at all possible.

A package of books was delivered by the gate in heavy rains. The gate was open. The books inside were soaked wet. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. USPS is suppose to deliver the item to the door if it does not fit in the mail box. I have a large mail box. But this package was larger than that. It should have been delivered to the front door. The carrier should be properly i instricted.
