This gentleman who operates and runs the camp drastically under values children as indentured servants by paying them below minimum wage. The train for 30 hours without pay. His scheduling for the children is unacceptable. The children are unaware they will be working more hours which lowers their hourly pay. There is an eerieness in the air with this gentleman where he does NOT want engage with parents. Supposedly he has a special needs background but no empathy or foresight of any child's feelings or emotions. I would want to know how my child is treated just like public schools how you want to know what your child is learning. MINIMUM WAGE IS UP 15.00 an hour.
