Somethings gone horribly wrong with this company. This was my second waterproofing job I'd hired them for (first one went off perfectly). The second job has been a through disappointment. Scheduling was clunky and happened with uncomfortably long periods in between phases. I paid in full when I was told the work was complete only to find out later that all the work was not done. They blamed a subcontractor for the missed part of the job and said they'd get it corrected. A dozen phone calls and months later, always with the same response "I can't help you but the boss will call you back" and I've yet to receive a call. I've never had to work so hard to spend so much money... very disappointing. I can't recommend them for any future work.

Very professional! Frank Trintini was the only salesperson who came out to view our job didn't throw in a bunch of unnecessary add-ons. He proposed a more elegant, simpler solution to our problem. The work crew chief Edger had the crew working together and they hand dug the french drain. They installed it and connected it to a long drain line, ran it under the sidewalk to the street and cut a perfect hole in the curb for the effluent to run to the storm drain. They put a clean-out in the line and I wasn't expecting that.
