The technician was looking for an excuse to avoid opening the wall and fixing leaking issue. Instead he suggested I put some extra caulking around bathtub and ran away! Funny, right!? Another time they came and said I have a water heater issue and it ended up being leaking sewer line. I have many rental properties and had to use them with my insurance a few times and it’s always a mess, they never get things done and give me headaches!

Exceptional service by Michael. Second time I've used them (it was Michael on both occasions) in 18 months - once to install a water leak detector and the second time to replace my old water pressure regulating valve. Will highly recommend their services. Sept 2022 Update I called Bailey's for two addtional jobs: 1) To check on a broken basement bathroom sump pump. The tech (Tim) did an efficient job of fixing it 2) A separate crew came to do a maintenance check on the HVAC today and did a through job. I purchased a membership which included the maintenance and provided a discount on the plumbing service. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service provided by Bailey.
