Chlorine jug deposit rip-off. Not employees' fault but company policy...they charge you a $7.00 deposit per jug, and tell you to save the receipt for a deposit refund, but only give you $4.00 back when jugs are returned.

Spring is in the air and all the leaves are falling in the pool or at least the debris from the budding out of the leaves and you have to shock it and take care of it so it'll be nice for the summer.

These people price gouge. They charged me $48.50 for a Pentair gasket. I found the same gasket at the Pentair Store online for $14.50. An aftermarket 3 pack of the gasket costs $18.00. I don't mind a store charging a reasonable mark up but over 300% more than what the manufacturer's store charges is too much. Update: So in follow up to the request for me to call customer service, I did. This is a corporate number. She advised me whenever a store gets a one star review they contact the store to have them give me a call to see if the store will work it out. 12 days have passed and nothing. If you review all one star reviews it's the same drill. With that, I give the corporation a one star review too (as if they care).

Thank you Pinch A Penny South Dale Mabry for saving the day. Unfortunately, we were caught up in the Olympus Pool drama, an email to Pinch A Penny and they were out to our home that week. Louis gave us a very competitive and reasonable quote. I can’t thank them for the amazing communication through the process. They are very professional and finished the job in a timely manner. Also thank you to the gentleman coming out to take care of the pool, he is very knowledgeable and a very dedicated employee. Can’t thank Louis and his team enough. I highly recommend them.
