Walked in, looked at clothes, saw an employee walk away. Went to the back to check out shoes, saw another employee, nothing. Looked at more clothes and got to listen to the two employees talk about wrist issues. Not one person said a word to me. I was wearing a Duluth shirt and shorts and wanted to purchase more. Not today.

The customer service was beyond expectations. We were asked several times if there was anything they could help us find. When we said yes, they went to great lengths helping us. This was a very positive shopping experience. Kudos to the team at this store for doing a great job of making me feel welcome in the store.

Store employees personally attend to you and your needs with high quality clothing. I will probably buy all my work clothes here. Seams on pants are double stitched and made of very high quality fabrics. The only upgrade you could get on these work clothes is to have them customade. If you have social anxiety this might be a nightmare but stick with it and you'll have clothes for work that will last for 5+ years.

The store has a lot of gadget products along with their robust clothing. I enjoyed browsing but when it came down to spending $ I just didn't find a lot of natches other than the gadgets of interest. Expensive clothing but certainly high quality.

I had a pair of firehose pants cut at work. They returned them with no question. They were nearly new.
