Huge disappointment for the third time! So mad I decided to give them another chance .10 years ago we lived chilangos and would go there to celebrate family birthdays. I should have learned from the past to takeouts to never ever order from them again. It seems like they just don’t care. I’m the picture I attached you can clearly see I said no cactus no rice. This is the first time they have actually left out the cactus and third time they disregarded my request in bold for no rice. and all of a sudden they don’t give chips and salsa with an order. Also- the little rice I couldn’t scoop out that ended up on my fork were hard and gross which makes me feel like they are using old reused rice which is disgusting especially on a Friday night. Will never ever eat there again and will tell everyone I k ow how gross this place is

Whenever I'm visiting my friends in the Highlands and they ask me where I want to go to eat, I pick Chilangos. Not only is the food great, but the staff is also friendly, and the drinks are fantastic. The place is always busy, but we've never had to wait. If you find yourself in the area, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
